I would like to introduce myself. My name is Alexander R Barut. I am a native of Brgy. 34, Isic-Isic (the farthest barangay of Vintar). I am a graduate of MMSU (from college to Ph.D.). I am very happy to say that I was a part of Saint Nicholas Academy of Vintar for more than a year, once a teacher at INNHS, Northwestern University, St Mary's Seminary and MMSU. Now I'm at NSO-Laoag as Statistician.
