Happy anniversary, Manong Tito and Manang Nitz!!!
In our growing-up years in Bacarra, you were our BIG BROTHER, Manong Tito. Like Manang Dol, our
BIG SISTER, you were a brilliant example to us your younger siblings. You were a leader in many
ways----in climbing trees, playing in the street around our house, inventing games, and leading in kid
activities like cooking hotcakes on an improvised oven.
You were the most popular boy in high school. During the mango season, you loved bringing bunches of
green mangoes to school and all the pretty girls would be shrieking while running after you.
I love you, Manong.
You have been together 40 years, so you now have a whole tapestry full of happy memories that you share.
You make a very lovable love team, indeed. The Aliga clan is lucky to be a part of your life. You are
always there to update us about the goings-on in our clan. You are always there to welcome Ma and all of
us in your lovely home. May God shower you with more blessings for a very long life together.
