Maria Victoria "Vicky Dalere Sagun was born in Sinait, Ilocos Sur on November 30, 1987. She was raised in Barangay 23 Dipilat Vintar Ilocos Norte. Her parents the late Mr. Vicente Sagun from Sinait, Ilocos Sur, and Her mother Chinie "Zeny Dalere. From Brgy. 23 Dipilat, Vintar Ilocos Norte. Surrounded by mountains & river, she is a country girl at heart. The one thing she remembers the most about her childhood was all the times she spent with her father and younger brother. Her father who works as photographer used to take her to the town’s most beautiful places to take pictures. Her favorite place was the beach with its powerful waves, cool winds, and the breathtaking views.
She attended Dipilat, Vintar Elementary School, and she also attended Saint Nicolas Academy (SNA) for a year and migrated to Hawaii. She recently finished high school and she is getting ready to enter that next phase of her life which is college.
Maria Victoria "Vicky is a very strong-minded and passionate person who wears her heart on her sleeve. She stands up for the people that she cares for and she fights for what she believe is right. She value God, her family and education more than anything else.
