Event Overview & VenueDates:
June 17–19, 2027.
Primary Venue: Deerfoot Inn & Casino (Located at 11500 35 St SE #1000, Calgary, AB T2Z 3W4).
Hotel Room Blocks: While formal event registration isn't open, hotel reservations under the official reunion room block can already be made. Note that these hotel bookings will later be verified against the official event registration list once it opens.
Preliminary Schedule Framework
According to the preliminary schedule outlined by the Vintar International Reunion Committee, the weekend is planned as follows:
Thursday, June 17, 2027: Arrival day, welcoming attendees, and informal meet-ups/mini-reunions.
Friday, June 18, 2027: Sightseeing tour to Banff National Park, including stops at Lake Louise and Moraine Lake.
Saturday, June 19, 2027: Morning Meet & Greet program followed by the grand Formal Gala Night Dinner & Dance at the Deerfoot Inn.
