Vintar Dam

Vintar Dam is an important part of Vintar's agricultural and historical story. The National Commission for Culture and the Arts' Talapamana registry identifies it as a local cultural property and notes its role in supplying water for farming in Vintar, Bacarra and Laoag City.

The registry also describes the dam's World Bank connection and notes that portions of the original structure were destroyed while parts of the irrigation canal system remain in use.
